Inside the residence there is a bar-ice-cream parlour–snack bar and the reception, from where you can hire bikes, scooters, cars and boats when you make your booking. The apartments all have air conditioning and direct dial telephones. Outside the residence in the Mediterranean garden there is a swimming pool equipped with sun-beds and sun umbrellas. There is also a private car park.

In Villasimius there are numerous shops and supermarkets, chemists, a first aid station, a travel agency with ticket office for planes and ferries, typical restaurants and agritourisms, discos, pubs, an open air cinema, a theatre for musical events and plays, and craft shops. You can also practice all kinds of popular sports on land and in the water, go on excursions on horse-back or in jeeps, go scuba diving in the geo-marine park or, for the less proficient, explore the beautiful sea-bed of the coast guided by professional divers from the well-equipped diving centres.
