Appart Hotel enjoys a prime location, conveniently situated for both the coast and the town centre of Villasimius, the renowned tourist resort on the south east coast of Sardinia. The area around Villasimius was inhabited back in pre-Nuragic times thanks to its strategic position and still boasts fascinating testimony to the various populations who settled there. The islands of Cavoli and Serpentara are well worth a visit, both of which form part of the Protected Marine Park of Capo Carbonara, which was set up to safeguard the coastline and natural marine resources of Villasimius. Besides the marvellous, uncontaminated plant and wild life, the park boasts an underwater world of fascinating relics and wrecks from the past.
