The Residence
offers 29 suites of different kinds with one, two or three rooms;
there is a reception desk, ice-cream and snack bar, swimming pool
and private car park, all surrounded by lawns, Mediterranean bush
and palm trees, with a breathtaking view of the sea in front. |

The shortest stay is
one week, from 5 pm on Saturday to 10 am on the following
Saturday. No animals, not even small ones, are admitted
inside the Residence
The suites on the ground floor enjoy a patio facing
the garden while those above have a balcony with a beach
umbrella, table and chairs. All suites are furnished
and equipped simply but functionally to ensure you a
comfortable and relaxing stay. They have a direct-dial
phone, air conditioning and independent entrance.

ONE-ROOM (sleeps two): sitting room
with sofa bed, kitchenette, private bath, telephone,
air conditioning, terrace with view or patio facing
the garden.
TWO-ROOM (sleeps two to four): sitting
room with sofa bed, kitchenette, bedroom with double
bed, private bath, telephone, air conditioning, terrace
with view or patio facing the garden.
THREE-ROOM (sleeps from four to six):
sitting room with sofa bed, kitchenette, bedroom with
double bed, small bedroom with two bunk beds, private
bath, telephone, air conditioning, terrace with view
or patio facing the garden.

At Villasimius it is possible
to practice all the most common sports, both on sea and
land, to go on excursions on horseback or off-the-road vehicle,
with the chance to have a frugal but genuine and tasty lunch
in a place far from the usual tourist itineraries. It is
also possible to go snorkelling or skin diving with a guide
inside the very recently created geo-marine park. For neophytes
there are lessons offered by professional diving centres
on the splendid sea bottoms of the area. At the Residence
reception desk, or at the same time you book your stay,
you can hire bicycles, scooters, cars or boats. |
