Inside Appart-Hotel Residence there is an ice-cream and snack bar and a reception area where guests can hire bikes, mopeds, cars and boats. The twenty-nine apartments are all equipped with air conditioning and direct dial telephones.

There is a swimming pool for guests in the garden and a large private car-park.
