Appart-Hotel Residence is a three-star hotel in Villasimius, immersed in Mediterranean scrub, just a few steps from the wonderful Campu Longu beach and well-known Tanka Village.
It offers twenty-nine apartments consisting of studio, two-room and three-room apartments to cater for the accommodation needs of all guests. All the apartments are equipped with direct dial telephone, independent entrance and air conditioning.

The apartments are arranged on two floors: those on the first floor have a spacious patio overlooking the garden, while those on the second floor have a splendid sea view.

Appart-Hotel Residence also offers guests a swimming pool, located in the garden, and a large private car-park. Inside the residence there is an ice-cream and snack bar and a reception area where guests can hire bikes, mopeds, cars and boats.
The residence is just a short distance from the splendid 18-hole golf course owned by Tanka Village, ideal for both professional golfers and amateurs.
Minimum stay of one week, from 17:00 on Saturday to 10:00 the following Saturday. No pets are allowed.
