Appart Hotel, nestling in the green surroundings of the Mediterranean scrub is a 3 star Hotel Residence in Villasimius, 300 m from the beautiful beach of Campu Longu. With its twenty-nine one, two and three-room apartments, it offers a full range of accommodation for any sort of requirements. All of the Hotel Residence apartments are equipped with telephone and air conditioning, an independent entrance and are usually located over the two floors.

The apartments on the first floor have a decent sized patio overlooking the beautiful garden, which is always well-kept. The apartments located on the upper floor have a splendid panoramic sea view instead. The outdoor pool, situated in the garden, is at the guests’ complete and exclusive disposal, and they can also make use of the large private parking area free of charge. In the Bar Café and Ice-cream Parlour, which is also open to the public, breakfast is served.

At the reception, in addition to tourist information, you can ask to rent bikes, scooters, cars and boats. The residence is situated right opposite the beautiful 18-hole golf course, owned by Tanka Village, an ideal spot also for non-professional golfers. The minimum required stay is one week, starting from 5p.m. on Saturday until 10a.m. the following Saturday. Animals are not allowed within the residence, not even small pets!
